Immerci TULLE+ - Hydrocolloid Dressing

DESCRIPTION:

 The hydrocolloid dressing is a dense mesh (tulle) impregnated with hydrocolloid, packaged in an individual sterile envelope.

 COMPOSITION:

 The hydrocolloid dressing is a close-meshed polyester mesh support impregnated with hydrocolloid particles dispersed in a paraffin base.

 PROPERTIES:

 In contact with wound exudate, the hydrocolloid particles gel and interact with the paraffin component of the impregnation base, forming a contact interface that creates favorable conditions for the healing process in a moist environment.

 Due to the properties of the impregnation base, the interface does not adhere to the wound or the perilesional area, and replacing the hydrocolloid dressing is painless and atraumatic.

 Due to its flexible shape, it can also be used for wounds with difficult locations (anatomical folds).

 INDICATIONS:

 The hydrocolloid dressing is indicated for the local treatment of moderately exudative acute wounds (burns, dermal abrasions, traumatic wounds) and chronic wounds (ulcers, bedsores), in the granulation and epithelialization phase.
