Immerci SILICOCELL - Silicone dressing

DESCRIPTION:

 Silicone polyurethane dressing, packaged in an individual sterile envelope.

 COMPOSITION:

 The silicone dressing consists of a cellular polyurethane matrix with a semi-permeable polyurethane film on one side, flexible, highly absorbent, induced with silicone adhesive.

 PROPERTIES:

 Absorbent dressing, retains wound exudate without gel formation.

 In the contact area, Immerci SilicoCELL provides a silicone interface that has the property of not adhering to the wound, making removal of the dressing painless and atraumatic.

 Adheres to dry perilesional skin.

 The dressing provides a moist environment conducive to wound healing, while preventing the appearance of vicious scars.

 The outer surface of the polyurethane is covered with a semi-permeable polyurethane film that acts as a barrier against liquids and microorganisms.

 INDICATIONS:

 Silicone dressings are recommended for the treatment of exudative wounds (leg ulcers and pressure sores) and the treatment of non-infected diabetic foot wounds. They can also be used in the healing phase for all types of wounds (dermal abrasions, skin graft donor sites, post-operative wounds).
