Immerci TULLE - Paraffin dressing

DESCRIPTION:

 The paraffin dressing is a wide-mesh net (tulle) impregnated with a neutral fatty base, without active ingredient, packaged in an individual sterile sachet.

 COMPOSITION:

 The paraffin dressing is a wide-mesh polyester backing impregnated with a greasy base of petroleum jelly and paraffin.

 PROPERTIES:

 In contact with the wound, the neutral paraffin component forms a contact interface that creates favorable conditions for the healing process (healing in a moist environment).

 Due to the properties of the paraffin base, it does not adhere to the wound or the perilesional area, and replacing the dressing is painless and atraumatic.

 Due to its flexible shape, this dressing can also be used for wounds with difficult locations (anatomical folds).

 INDICATIONS:

 The paraffin dressing is indicated for the local treatment of acute wounds (burns, dermal abrasions, traumatic wounds) and chronic wounds (ulcers, bedsores) in the granulation and epithelialization phase.
